Implementing the EU Regulation, XAUTOMATA TECHNOLOGY GMBH, a limited liability company belonging to the Var Group S.p.A. Group, VAT ATU68592917 with registred office in LAKESIDE B01 / 9020 KLAGENFURT, wishes to inform you that your personal data will be processed in compliance with the rules laid down by the EU Regulation.
In particular, XAUTOMATA TECHNOLOGY GMBH acts in its capacity as “Controller”. The Controller is whoever processes your personal data, determining the purposes and means of the processing of said data.
In practice your personal data may be processed by persons specifically authorised by XAUTOMATA TECHNOLOGY GMBH to perform processing activities on personal data.

- Means and duration of the processing
The processing will be carried out by persons authorised in this sense by XAUTOMATA TECHNOLOGY GMBH; to this end these persons are identified and instructed in writing.
The processing may be carried out using information technology, online or hard-copy instruments and media observing the rules intended to guarantee the security and confidentiality, and among other things the accuracy, updating and relevance of the personal data with respect to the purposes declared and to the applicable data protection legislation.
The personal data collected will be stored in electronic and/or hard-copy archives at the registered office of XAUTOMATA TECHNOLOGY GMBH, at its operating offices, as well as at the offices of processors, expressly instructed in writing.
In case you have provided the optional consent required with regard to marketing and commercial promotion purposes, the personal data collected will be stored for the time strictly necessary for the management of the above purposes according to criteria based on lawfulness, fairness and the balance between the legitimate interest of XAUTOMATA TECHNOLOGY GMBH and the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject.
